Urgently looking out for Global L2 Support candidates for Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin Language Expert with one of my esteemed client for Mumbai & Pune location.

Position : Global L2 Support Language Expert-Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin

Location-Mumbai or Pune

Role Summary

The Global L2 Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin Language Expert provides multilingual technical support and translation for Dutch or French or Spanish speaking users across APAC ensuring smooth communication cultural precision and timely incident resolution

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 bilingual technical support for applications systems and infrastructure

Translate technical and business communications between English and Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin

Serve as liaison for incident problem and change management in Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin speaking regions

Prepare and review bilingual documents such as SOPs FAQs and release notes

Collaborate with L3 teams to resolve complex issues

Support regional rollout and localization initiatives for APAC clients

Conduct language quality checks and ensure translation alignment

Maintain accurate bilingual ticket records in ITSM platforms

Offer guidance on language sensitivity and cultural appropriateness

Track and report recurring issues impacting Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin speaking users

Participate in performance reviews and improvement planning sessions

Provide translation assistance for executive communication and status reports

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT or Linguistics

Native or fluent in Dutch or French or Spanish or Cantonese or Mandarin and English

Minimum 5 years of experience in L2 technical support or bilingual translation roles

Good understanding of ITSMITIL framework

Strong cross-cultural and analytical skills

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Jira Service Desk,Servicedesk,Windows Server
