Senior Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our business intelligence and analytics solutions. With over 8 years of deep expertise, you will serve as a subject matter expert, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions. The ideal candidate is a master of data visualization, an expert in DAX, and possesses a strong understanding of data architecture and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence role.

Technical Expertise :

• Power BI : Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• DAX : Mastery of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating complex measures and calculated columns.
• Data Modeling : Extensive experience in designing and implementing robust data models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• SQL : Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Data Sources : Proven experience connecting to and transforming data from a variety of sources, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and other cloud / on-premise databases.
• Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
