Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote crop protection and nutrition products.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales targets.
- Design and develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media posts.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers to enhance market reach.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns , providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about agriculture industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities and innovations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field .2–3 years of experience in marketing , preferably within the agriculture or agri-input sector .Strong understanding of crop protection and nutrition products (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools / software .Ability and willingness to travel as required.Skills Required
