Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers who have shown interest in properties.
• Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developer teams.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, organize, and attend site visits with clients.
• Share accurate and updated project details in a clear and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while driving higher conversion rates.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.
• Maintain an accurate client database and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Guide customers seamlessly from first inquiry through to deal closure.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success, leveraging strong computer and Excel proficiency for daily tasks.

Note : Incentives will be provided based on their performance.
