We are seeking a professional from the General Insurance (GI) industry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to support customer retention initiatives through strategic planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving retention metrics and enhancing the customer journey.
Responsibilities :
- Support retention through effective business strategy and data-driven analysis.
- Benchmark industry retention conversion rates, processes, and online platforms by gathering information from internal and external sources.
- Interact with business and retention teams to identify opportunities and drive retention performance.
- Strengthen existing retention processes and design new, improved ones for greater efficiency and customer impact.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop seamless interfaces across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal journey.
- Continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey to boost engagement and retention.
- Design and implement Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate internal teams and enhance performance.
- Contribute to any other activities related to retention products and strategies.
Qualifications :
