The Role

Salary : $4,800 – $6,700 per month (based on experience)
Position Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting, and analytical skills to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns from concept through execution.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach desired demographics.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay updated with Facebook's advertising policies and best practices.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for future strategies.
