Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the structuring, execution, and closing of capital market transactions , including equity offerings, debt issuances, and syndicated loans.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis , and deal structuring for public and private capital raises.
- Monitor financial markets and provide regular updates on trends, interest rates, credit spreads, and macroeconomic indicators.
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and internal reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, underwriting, and operations teams to support transaction execution.
- Conduct due diligence, research industry sectors, and maintain databases of market activity.
- Support strategic funding initiatives and capital planning processes.
- Track regulatory developments impacting capital markets (e.g., SEC, FINRA, Basel III).
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking , or corporate finance .Strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives) and capital raising processes.Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , and financial modeling.Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desirable Skills :
Experience with Bloomberg , FactSet , or Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters) .Progress toward CFA or MBA (a plus).Familiarity with underwriting processes, SEC filings, and capital structure analysis.Understanding of global market trends and cross-border capital flows.Skills Required
