Who We're Looking For :

�� Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

�� 7+ years of experience with a strong track record in HR and employee engagement.

�� Innovative mindset with a passion for driving cultural and organizational impact.

�� Proficiency in people analytics and HR technologies.
