About the Role

We're a rapidly expanding, well-funded startup seeking a Head of SEO to lead our SEO team and manage client communications. Our diverse client base spans from e-commerce SMBs to Series B+ B2B businesses across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Strategy Development and Presentation : Prepare and present comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client objectives during the final sales stage. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits, and develop ongoing on-page and off-page optimization plans.
• SEO Team Leadership : Oversee the SEO team, ensuring proper execution of strategies. Drive the achievement of client objectives and team OKRs. Foster and maintain a positive team culture
• Client Relationship Management : Lead client meetings, demonstrating value and aligning deliverables with program objectives. Develop a deep understanding of each client's product, pain points, and goals. Proactively monitor and address potential issues to ensure client success.
• Internal Collaboration and Industry Expertise : Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deliverables, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving. Stay at the forefront of SEO and search industry trends, actively engaging in the community and implementing best practices
