Role Overview Marketing Automation Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot Expert) with deep expertise in HubSpot administration, workflow automation, and CRM optimization.
This role is central to ensuring seamless lead management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration through HubSpot.
As the primary HubSpot administrator, you will lead automation adoption, integrations, and optimization, enabling marketing, sales, and customer success teams to achieve maximum Administration & Ownership :
- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, overseeing user access, permissions, platform optimization, and data integrity.
- Manage setup, onboarding, provisioning / deprovisioning, and ensure smooth adoption across all & Automation :
- Build and refine complex workflows, sequences, and automations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Implement lead scoring models, pipeline automation, and customer journey optimizations to increase engagement and Optimization :
- Conduct audits of existing HubSpot setups, identify gaps, and implement performance, reporting, and structural enhancements.
- Ensure dashboards and workflows align with evolving business and growth Collaboration :
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product teams to translate requirements into HubSpot-driven solutions.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to track campaigns, pipeline health, and service & Data Management :
- Manage and optimize integrations with Talkdesk, Slack, analytics platforms, and databases.
- Ensure data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and lifecycle stage alignment for reporting and Support & Documentation :
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding for internal teams to ensure CRM adoption and HubSpot best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and configurations.
- Stay ahead of HubSpot updates, beta features, and ecosystem 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM / automation.
- Expertise across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, lead scoring, pipeline management, and customer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and custom-coded workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data segmentation, lifecycle stages, and performance tracking.
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- SQL, webhooks, or advanced automation knowledge is a Skills (Bonus) :
