What You’ll Do
- Create cross-platform brand activation ideas, from on-ground events to digital extensions, innovations, influencer integrations, tech based extensions (AR / VR) and more.
- Ideate experiences, installations, activations and properties that deliver on brand objectives while surprising audiences.
- Build entertainment led intellectual properties (IPs) that can scale into annual formats, tours, festivals or digital-first franchises.
- Develop platform-agnostic concepts that work across events, social media, PR, content, partnerships and creator ecosystems.
- Understand brand challenges deeply and respond with breakthrough experiential solutions.
- Work closely with brand managers and clients, presenting ideas with strong storytelling, decks, mock-ups and reference videos.
- Bring 4–8 years of creative experience in events, activations, branded content or experiential marketing.
- Have excellent command over Hindi and English for scripting, naming, copy and presentations.
