Sound knowledge of government norms, RERA, land laws , and regulatory approval processes . MBA in Marketing / Business Development OR B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) with proven Business Development experience Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development professional with proven experience in Real Estate Development, Hospitality (Hotels / Resorts) , and Manufacturing Plant Setup / Industrial Projects . The incumbent will drive new business opportunities , perform feasibility assessments , and spearhead growth initiatives across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in Real Estate, Hospitality, and Industrial sectors .
- Conduct market research , feasibility studies , and financial analysis for new projects.
- Manage land sourcing, due diligence, and project negotiations with key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with investors, landowners, hotel operators , and industrial partners .
- Lead JV / JDA discussions , franchise partnerships , and strategic alliances .
- Support management in concept planning and business modeling for new developments.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams for deal structuring and execution .
- Represent the company at business forums, exhibitions, and investor meetings .
