We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding across international markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and positioning TechMango as a trusted technology partner.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT services sales and a deep understanding of the global technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across target markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, EMEA).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand TechMangos client base in : AI & Machine Learning (AI / ML), Data Engineering & Big Data Services, AI-Powered Process Automation & AI Chatbots, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mobile & Web Application Development, IoT & Cloud Solutions, Blockchain Technology, Software Testing & QA Services, UI / UX Design, MERN Stack, DevOps, Java, and .NET Development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to prepare proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and customized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent TechMango at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in international IT services sales (B2B), with focus on enterprise accounts and mid-market clients.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage the entire sales cycle, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and international sales processes.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience in selling AI / ML, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Prior exposure to US / UK / Middle East / APAC markets with established network and client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, pre-sales, marketing) to drive closure.
