Key Responsibilities

Lead deployment and operational support for Witron automated logistics and material flow systems .

Manage a team handling system implementations , daily technical support , and performance optimization across multiple sites.

Collaborate with business stakeholders , PLC engineers , and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between automation and IT systems.

Provide technical leadership during commissioning and ramp-up phases .

Support effort estimations , RFI / RFP processes , and logistics automation projects.

Must-Have Skills

Witron IT systems expertise (WMS, WCS, PLC integration)

Automated warehouse / logistics systems experience

ERP / WMS integration

Database management (Oracle, SQL)

Industrial communication protocols

Technical Experience

Full lifecycle experience with Witron solutions (implementation, configuration, support)

Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills

Knowledge of material handling equipment integration and PLC / SCADA communication

Database management proficiency (Oracle / MS SQL)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience with other COTS logistics / MES solutions
