Job descriptionSchool of Digital Media Management School of Retail Management & Digital Media Marketing Ph.D. in Management from a recognized university. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with specialization in any of the following : Marketing Management Digital Marketing Media Management Retail Management Supply Chain Management E-Commerce Family Business Management At least 15 years of combined experience in academics, industry collaboration, consultancy, or administration. Prior experience as a Department Head, Professor, or Director will be preferred. Proven track record of working with digital marketing, retail, or e-commerce sectors is desirable. SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Social Media Marketing (SMM) Video Marketing & Digital Storytelling Web Analytics and Google Analytics Branding & Brand Positioning in the Digital Age Digital Media Planning & Buying Entrepreneurial mindset and innovation in digital media Understanding of allied domains : Marketing, Media Economics, and Consumer Behavior Retail Business Accounting & Retail Analytics Power BI, Business Computing, and Dashboard Creation Retail Supply Chain Management & Dropshipping Strategies CRM in Retail and E-Commerce Platforms Retail Franchise Management & Visual Merchandising Entrepreneurship and Family Business Operations Retail Store Design, Experience & Operations Management Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Retail and Consumer Insights
