Role Overview
ETP is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager / Key Account Manager to lead customer growth and retention across a defined region. The ideal candidate will be an expert in farming key enterprise accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
You will serve as the single point of contact for ongoing success and expansion of strategic accounts, helping customers maximize value from ETP’s SaaS-based retail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise customers in the region.
Build and nurture executive-level engagement with customers, driving strategic alignment and business growth.
Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
Achieve revenue growth targets from the existing customer base.
Ensure timely collections and manage customer contract renewals.
Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support product innovation.
Lead or build the Customer Success / Account Management team in the region as required.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with strong account farming focus.
Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise customers.
Experience in managing large, strategic accounts and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Strong understanding of retail technology, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutions preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
