Job Title : Road Safety Advisor

Experience : 10-16 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global driving safety programs and ensure alignment with organizational safety standards (OMS 3.7) .
• Administer and manage the SMART Champion Network , promoting consistency and engagement in safety practices.
• Develop and execute safety initiatives , campaigns, and recognition programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and analyze driving safety data (DSQ, IRIS, eVerify, SMART App) to support safety performance decisions.
• Conduct risk assessments , support incident investigations , and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide expert guidance on safety compliance , performance standards , and regulatory requirements .
• Support training programs , capability development, and sharing of best safety practices across teams.
• Collaborate globally with HSE teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture.
• Use data analytics and trends to design proactive safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication, engagement, and reporting to maintain transparency in safety performance.
