Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Tiruchirappalli. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The BDE will work to achieve sales targets, present business solutions to potential clients, and follow up on leads. Additional responsibilities include networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills
• Business acumen and a strategic approach to sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
