• Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive high productivity and ensure the professional growth of team members.
• Architecture & Design
• Define and implement robust, scalable, and secure architecture for complex systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver exceptional solutions with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
• Hands-on Coding & Technical Expertise
• Stay hands-on with coding and code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
• Proficient in Java, Angular, PHP, .Net, React, React Native, AWS, Elasticsearch, MariaDB.
• AI & Emerging Technologies
• Leverage expertise in AI technologies, including LLaMA, Gemini / OpenAI, prompt engineering, and other AI tools and frameworks.
• Drive innovation and integrate AI solutions into products to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Product Development & Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery in challenging environments.
• Ensure the team delivers world-class products with a focus on quality, scalability, and user-centric design.
• Operational Excellence
• Implement methodical and organized workflows to enhance team efficiency and project management.
