Job Summary :

A Business Analyst in the Business Development team is responsible for analysing financial performance, monitoring revenue and expense trends, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Their primary focus is on understanding and improving the profitability of the business by providing insights to management.

Key responsibilities include :

Performing financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and investment feasibility studies to evaluate the performance and potential returns of real estate investments.

Assessments of real estate assets, including commercial and residential, using established valuation methodologies such as income capitalization, sales comparison, and cost approach.

Report Generation : Preparing detailed valuation reports, market studies, and feasibility analyses that clearly articulate findings, assumptions, and recommendations concisely and professionally.

Preparing and analysing reports and presenting to the management office.

Creating financial models in Excel from scratch.

Meeting with brokers / IPC for various proposals for the Deal & its evaluation.

Conducting valuation and audits of various asset classes such as residential, Commercial etc.

Preliminary study for marketing, strategic & feasibility for optimal use of the business deal.

Skills Required : Candidate must be an

MBA from a Premium Institute

with an excellent academic record, minimum 1-5 years of work experience.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
