Project Management Office (PMO) Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to oversee complex engineering and operational initiatives, ensuring successful on time delivery of projects that align with business objectives. The Program Manager will act as the bridge between functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership, driving execution, innovation, and collaboration across major projects and organization wide initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of engineering principles, product

development, and manufacturing processes.

Project Management Skills : Proficiency in PM Tools (Agile, Scrum, or MSP)

Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed

decisions.

Team Player : Skilled at motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronics
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering or technology-driven organizations.
• Proficiency with program management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent). PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
