Senior Product Support Engineer - Noida

NeoXam Noida is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant who will assist the APAC team. This role will be based in Noida, working closely together with the account management, the services team and collaborate with the product teams.

He / she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features using :

• NeoXam DataHub : the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.
• NeoXam IBOR : a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views.
• NeoXam Impress : an integrated solution for performance, attribution and reporting packs; flexible calculation methodologies including Modified Dietz, Brinson-Fachler; customizable workflows & templates to generate reports in corporate color themes, based on graphics and content; GIPS compliance. The solution could be standalone or connected to NeoXam Datahub & IBOR.

With the experience and potential, he / she will be able to focus on various areas, like solution implementation and project management at the world’s leading and most respected financial organizations.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Troubleshooting issues in real-time and fast response times to client facing managers to provide up-to-the-minute details on issues as they are found.

2. Interaction with global stake holders and managing user expectations while providing support within agreed SLA

3. Respond to alerts raised for any system failures.

4. Willing to handle Issues during non-working hours

5. Able to work independently and in a team and should have a can-do attitude.

EXPERIENCE

1. Ability to analyse complex problems in a structured manner and demonstrate multitasking

2. Excellent business communication skills.

3. Ability to independently handle escalations, coordinate issues across groups, be assertive.

4. Hands on experience in Unix, Database and Java. Excellent skills in writing DB SQL queries, analysing logs.

5. Strong in technical analysis, support services, and troubleshooting

6. Possess an analytical approach and should be able to do root cause analysis and document them

7. Ability to debug code.

8. Added advantage – Understanding of MQ, Docker, Kubernetes Technology used : Unix, Unix shell scripting, Oracle Database, Java, log4J, docker, ticketing tool, Cron Jobs, JIRA ticketing tool, Back-office application GUIs.
