Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive located in Pune. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research, and engaging in effective communication to drive sales. Daily tasks include managing lead generation campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to cultivate client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct research to identify potential leads across various industries and geographies
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Requirements :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable
