Short Synopsis :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules, deep integration experience, and a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. This role requires a balance of technical architecture skills, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration and customization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Architect and develop ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform security guidelines.
• Drive CMDB health, Discovery optimization, Service Mapping, and Event Management activities within the ITOM scope.
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for ServiceNow development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure system stability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, configurations, and development activities.
