Developer For Atlassian applications

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain custom Jira / Confluence plugins and apps using Atlassian SDK , Java , Groovy , REST APIs , and ScriptRunner .
• Create custom workflows, conditions, validators, and post-functions for Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Integrate Jira / Confluence with other systems (e.g., Slack, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps) using REST APIs , webhooks , or middleware .
• Design and implement custom dashboards, reports, gadgets, and macros in Jira and Confluence.
• Support the migration of on-prem to Atlassian Cloud or manage hybrid Atlassian environments.
• Develop automation rules using Automation for Jira , ScriptRunner , or Power Scripts .
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to understand tool requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability best practices are applied.
• Maintain documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
