Algonox Technologies - UiPath Developer - RPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath to support business process automation needs.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Ensure successful deployment of bots from development to production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automated processes to ensure stability and performance.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and support Skills & Qualifications :
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development is mandatory.
• Total of 2 to 4 years of experience in software development or technology applications.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Exposure to .NET framework and VBA is a plus.
• Working knowledge of IT functions and services.
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Qualities :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
