Job descriptionDevelop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE to integrate applications and systems Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs Collaborate with business analysts to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions Work on performance tuning, optimization, and scaling of integration solutions Ensure the solution meets security, performance, and operational standards Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and resolve issues in a timely manner Flexible to work in rotational shifts for application support Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BWCE or BW6.x Knowledge of integration patterns and development best practices Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Familiarity with Docker and containerization Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools Experience with API management platforms (Mashery, Kong, Apigee) is a plus Exposure to Spring Boot microservices or a strong interest is a plus Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage : group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents We offer hybrid work options and flexible working hours to accommodate various needs and preferences.
