Key Responsibilities :
Support and Maintenance :
- Provide support for Workato integration workflows.
- Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.
Technical Proficiency :
Strong hands-on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs.Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc.Integration Experience :
Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on-premise applications.Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.Having Snowflake and MuleSoft experience.Troubleshooting & Debugging :
Strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.Project Management :
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced :Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred :
Certifications : Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.
Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
Advanced Skills : Experience with advanced features in Workato, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.
