Key Responsibilities :

Support and Maintenance :

  • Provide support for Workato integration workflows.
  • Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.

Experience : 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.

Technical Proficiency :

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs.
  • Expertise in API integrations and working with cloud applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Concur, etc.

    • Integration Experience :

  • Proficiency in integrating SaaS and on-premise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
  • Having Snowflake and MuleSoft experience.

    • Troubleshooting & Debugging :

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.

    • Project Management :

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced :
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Preferred :

    Certifications : Workato Certification or other relevant integration certifications.

    Agile Experience : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.

    Advanced Skills : Experience with advanced features in Workato, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.
