Objective :
To oversee and manage the complete operations, sales, and customer service of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and adherence to company policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Management :
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience with personalized service.
Handle key and high-value customers professionally.
Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Team Supervision & Leadership :
Lead, motivate, and monitor sales and support teams to maintain discipline and performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and daily briefings.
Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
Showroom Operations :
Supervise day-to-day operations including billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
Maintain showroom presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ensure all company SOPs for jewellery handling, display, and closing are strictly followed.
Inventory & Coordination :
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock planning and replenishment.
Track stock movement of gold, diamond, and silver items.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Reporting & Administration :
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with hallmarking, billing, and GST regulations.
Oversee attendance, staff scheduling, and leave management.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Deep understanding of jewellery types, designs, pricing, and purity standards
Proven ability to manage retail operations efficiently
Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel
Strong customer relationship management
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate (Commerce or Business background preferred)
Mandatory 7–10 years of experience in the jewellery industry with sound product knowledge
Prior experience in handling a showroom or branch independently
Salary :
As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and performance.
