Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO / PPC)

Job descriptionPlan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max . Conduct keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategy management. Write and test compelling ad copy to maximize CTR and conversions. Track and analyze campaign performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR), making data-driven adjustments. Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing audiences. Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation. Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools to monitor performance. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, trends, and optimization recommendations. Analyze competitor performance and identify market opportunities. 2–5+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing roles. Proficiency with key SEO and advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola, and major SEO tools. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. Knowledge of HTML / CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify . Relevant certifications (e.G., Google Ads , Google Analytics ) are a plus. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of user intent, search behavior, and conversion optimization. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics insights. On site, fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for growth. Shift Timing : Shift timings is from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM IST, as we operate within the Australian International Process. Office Location : Our office is located at Gurugram, Sector 48. Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our organic and paid search performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SEO / SEM tools, and the ability to plan, execute, and measure data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and develop comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, internal linking, and overall, on-page elements.
- Perform technical SEO audits to improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor SEO KPIs, analyze competitor strategies, and prepare performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics , Google Search Console , SEMrush , and Ahrefs .
- Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and industry best practices.
