Position summary :

As a process associate you will be engaged in performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. This role requires candidates with strong communication and critical thinking ability

Responsibilities :

• Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
• Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.)
• Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined
