ServiceNow Administrator - ITSM Modules

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, workflows, and configurations.
• Implement and manage ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and UI policies to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform upgrades and patches are applied timely and without disruption.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
