Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and maintain data on a proprietary loan administration platform, ensuring the integrity of loan-related information within a specialized system.
- Monitor the Data Services inbox for incoming documents and queries, responding promptly and effectively to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data flows and processes, working cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and process alignment across departments.
- Maintain static setup for lender / borrower contact information in Loan IQ and other systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate contact details across platforms.
- Manage and complete ad-hoc tasks within the expected turnaround time (TAT), demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
- Utilize functional knowledge of Loan IQ and the lending domain to support loan administration tasks and ensure accuracy in data processing.
- Build various types of payment instructions within the Loan IQ application, including static setup for remittance instructions and customer details.
- Perform callbacks to borrowers and lenders to confirm payment and administrative details, ensuring accuracy and preventing transaction discrepancies.
