Magna is implementing the Concur Travel Request Expense system company-wide, for approximately 300 Corporate entities globally. This role will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, trouble-shooting, and further enhancing the use of Concur within Magna International. As this role matures, the position may be expanded to include all aspects pertaining to the implementation and support of Concur Travel booking .
Major Responsibilities
- SAP Concur Support (1st and 2nd level)
- Support onboarding activities in relation to Concur, according to instructions
- Execution of configuration changes within Concur
- Training Educating Users of Concur Expense Entry tracking according to Magna IT standard
- Support in Cognos Reporting Area
- Support in testing and requirement specification for robotic process automation
