Role Description :

We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Warehouse Leasing) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram (Delhi-NCR).

The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and finalizing warehouse leasing opportunities across Delhi-NCR and nearby regions. The role involves client interaction, landlord coordination, market research, proposal preparation, and negotiation to ensure successful lease closures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate suitable warehouse and industrial leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site visits, market research, and comparative analysis.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals and commercial terms.
• Negotiate and close lease transactions in coordination with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, inquiries, and deal pipelines.
