POSITION / TITLE : Manager -GTM Systems Architecture & RevOps

Kore.ai is seeking a Manager, GTM Systems Architecture & RevOps to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our global revenue technology stack. This individual will serve as the technical and strategic owner of all GTM systems — building a unified, data-driven environment that powers marketing, sales, and customer success.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid systems architect and sales operations leader — someone who can code, integrate, and automate, while also guiding junior team members and aligning system design with business strategy. You'll translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions that enable predictable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Architecture & Integration

• Design, build, and maintain Kore.ai's GTM systems architecture across HubSpot, Gainsight, Mixpanel, Looker, AWS, and supporting tools.
• Lead all system integrations, data automations, and API-based connections to create a cohesive Kore.ai environment.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and data pipelines using Python, JavaScript, and SQL to improve automation, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across systems.

Must be able to work U.S. East Coast hours (6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST).
