TCS is looking for Salesforce Developer

Experience : 6-9 years

Location : Chennai / Kolkata

Required Technical Skill Set : Salesforce CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) :

Overall 3+ years of experience with 3+ years of hands-on experience on SF CPQ with minimum 1 implementation
Techno-Functional knowledge of SF CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
Strong configuration skills in SF CPQ to implement out of the box functionalities
Hands on experience on Simple Products, Configurable Products, Quotes, Approvals, Workflows, Document Generation templates, CTX tags and Formula builders, Quote Calculations, Attribute Containers.
Good knowledge of integrations using standard and custom methods
Preferable to have integration experience with other cloud products like Salesforce
Good knowledge of coding with Iron Python to customize the standard SF CPQ functionalities using Global scripts, Local scripts, custom Actions, Triggers, etc

Good to have skills :

Knowledge on Agile principles

Knowledge on Version control tools (Gitlab)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment

Delivery on time and as per schedule. Support the CPQ component on the Salesforce and resolve any reported issues.

Participate in all the scrum meeting – daily stand up, planning etc. and the customer meetings

Perform unit testing and integration testing as required by the project

Coach, mentor and inspire other team members to upskill and adopt best practices and CPQ knowledge

Work with cross-functional teams within the full software development lifecycle

Embrace automation opportunities to continuously improve delivery

You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs

You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.

You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
