Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote (India-based)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Configure Salesforce features including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, and Approval Processes .
  • Build and maintain custom objects, page layouts, record types, and security settings.
  • Design and implement REST / SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Develop unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows .
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows).
  • Familiarity with integration techniques using REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or External Services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (change sets, Salesforce DX, Git) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Developer or Admin Certification preferred (Platform Developer I or higher).
