We're looking for a Solutions Engineer ITSM / ESM to expand our growing business and team in India / APAC. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customers' hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you'll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers. You'll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. In this role, you will :

Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey

Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities

Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes

Be delivering deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers andprospect

Work with product management to advance Atlassian's product line and provide customer feedback

Qualifications

Experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity (5+ years experience)

You also have a proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders within the customer base.

You have a deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM / ESM domain. You have been working extensively with the market in India. Working experience with other countries in the APAC region is a pre.

Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to provide winning solutions.

Technically minded or experienced in working with technology.

You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.

Local language skills is a plus
