About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Integration Developer / Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize workflows across our technology ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of software integration, data automation, and front-end experience — ensuring that business processes are seamless, scalable, and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in API-driven development, can translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, and enjoys building automation that reduces manual effort and unlocks insights.

Responsibilities :

Integration Development

Build and maintain integrations across business platforms using REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication protocols.
Design and implement data pipelines between systems (CRM, ERP, analytics tools, customer-facing apps).

Automation & Workflow Engineering

Develop automation scripts and tools using Python or VBA to streamline recurring processes.

Apply JavaScript and CSS to customize front-end workflows, dashboards, or embedded solutions.

Optimize processes for speed, reliability, and maintainability.

Solution Design & Delivery

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into scalable solutions.

Prototype and deliver end-to-end workflow solutions that connect data, systems, and users.

Apply best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Support & Continuous Improvement

Troubleshoot API calls, integration failures, and automation breakdowns.

Monitor and refine workflows to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.

Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Qualifications

Overall 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proven experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.

Strong proficiency in Python (for automation, data processing) and / or VBA (for Office automation).

Experience with JavaScript and CSS for front-end customizations.

Solid understanding of automation frameworks, error handling, and secure authentication.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.

Preferred Skills

SQL skills for querying and transforming data.

Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.G., Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath).

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Understanding of Agile delivery and CI / CD practices.
