Job descriptionHire, mentor, and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives. Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive a high-accountability culture. Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and webinars. Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals. Own and drive early-stage sales pipeline KPIs. Ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to the Sales team. Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted account lists. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine targeting and positioning strategies
