About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Professional who has transitioned from creating designs to evaluating them. Instead of designing visuals yourself, your role will be to analyze, audit, and benchmark the creative work of other designers, ensuring design excellence, aesthetic precision, and adherence to brand strategy.

This is a strategic evaluation and quality assurance role , ideal for someone with a strong design background who now enjoys critiquing work, developing creative standards, and helping elevate visual consistency across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate branding, social media, print, packaging, and web design deliverables for quality, creativity, and strategic alignment.
  • Assess designers’ conceptual thinking, layout structure, typography, and visual balance across categories.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, creative scorecards, and quality guidelines for different design verticals.
  • Identify design gaps, visual inconsistencies, and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Benchmark global design trends, emerging tools, and creative workflows to evolve evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality creative curation and performance reporting.
  • Document best practices, anti-patterns, and maintain a centralized design QA knowledge base.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Design Quality Control.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems, composition, typography, and color psychology.
  • Experience in design auditing, brand evaluation, or creative direction preferred.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills with a constructive critique approach.
