The role requires strong communication, structured coordination, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines while maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This position is fully onsite in Noida. Key Responsibilities - Managed client accounts as the primary point of contact for queries, issues, and service follow-ups.

- Handled escalations professionally and ensured timely resolution. Sales Recruitment Responsibilities - Managed end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles.
- Coordinated interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.
- Created and maintained a structured pipeline of qualified sales candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Engaged with candidates to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and role alignment.
- Provided timely updates to hiring managers and ensured alignment with manpower needs.
- Maintained accurate recruitment records, status reports, and hiring documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, sales recruitment, or similar client-facing and talent acquisition roles.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong interpersonal, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain structured workflows.
