About the Initiative

Concept of Living Charitable Trust (COL) — one of India’s most trusted NGOs — is leading a nationwide CSR initiative to create safe, respectful, and compliant workplaces across India.

Through our POSH Awareness & Workplace Safety Training Programs , we collaborate with corporates, government institutions, and educational organizations to spread awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013 , women’s rights, and workplace ethics.

About the Role

We are inviting freelance POSH Trainers / Workplace Safety Educators who are passionate about gender equality, compliance, and professional development to join our growing national network.

As a POSH Act & Workplace Safety Trainer , you will :

‍ Deliver 45–60 minute training sessions (Online / Offline) on POSH Act & workplace conduct.

⚖️ Train employees, HR professionals & management on legal duties, responsibilities, and reporting procedures.

Guide organizations on forming and maintaining Internal Committees (ICCs).

Represent Concept of Living Charitable Trust in corporate CSR programs and awareness campaigns.
