Quick Commerce - Performance Marketing

Job description3-5 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a Quick Commerce or D2C brand with instant delivery Deep understanding of the Q-commerce funnel, from local targeting and app installs to instant conversions and reorders Proven track record managing significant budgets and delivering scalable, ROI-positive growth Ability to make data-driven decisions in a real-time, performance-heavy environment Strong creative judgment and ability to guide high-performing ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize campaigns for critical metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, CTR, and retention
- Develop and run geo-targeted and hyperlocal campaigns, tailored to Q-commerce delivery zones and demand patterns
- Leverage your Q-commerce experience to craft real-time, demand-responsive strategies across products and locations
- Collaborate with design and brand teams to deliver conversion-optimized creatives tailored to fast-moving consumer behavior
- Implement and analyze A / B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Work closely with analytics, CRM, and product teams to ensure performance efforts align with user lifecycle and app engagement
- Own attribution modeling and reporting using tools.
- Stay ahead of ad tech, algorithm changes, and competitor activity in the Q-commerce and D2C landscape.
