Role : Java Technical Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our core technology team. The ideal candidate will lead backend development efforts, particularly around scalable microservices architecture, while upholding clean code practices and enterprise-grade security standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, high-availability systems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and enterprise applications.
• Architect scalable backend solutions using Jakarta EE and other modern frameworks.
• Ensure best practices in design patterns, coding standards, and system performance.
• Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive their adoption when relevant.
