Responsibilities
- Identify potential customer targets from enterprise / corporate segments.
- Researching key contacts of architects, MEP consultants, and PMCs for Commercial Real
- Estate projects
- Generating leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
- Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build
- relationships with stakeholders and close deals.
- Creating client demos / presentations and quotes / proposals.
- Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM
- A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets
We are looking for someone who (you should have) :
Has proven experience of 3-5 years in the IoT / SaaS industry selling products solutions tovarious stakeholders such in the building / real estate communityHas experience working directly with facility managers, consultant architects, design &build HVAC consultants, lighting consultants, and PMCs and specifying our product solutions andgetting necessary approvals.Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environmentHas knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision-makingcriteria, processes used in the industry, etc.Team player with excellent oral & written communication presentation skills and must beable to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-minded, able to eliminate salesobstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.Good to have
1. Worked on CRM tools.
2. Worked on B2B portals to generate leads
3. Education in a BBA / BCA / engineering degree or equivalent
