Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution : Now, our tech partner is establishing a new AI Innovation Hub in Pune, India , and we are hiring AI Cloud Engineers to design and scale the cloud-native infrastructure that powers next-generation AI solutions. These roles are at the heart of enabling large-scale AI and GenAI adoption, ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and built to deliver real business impact across financial services.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams globally, building the cloud foundations for cutting-edge platforms. From day one, you will be hands-on with large-scale deployments, container orchestration, and cloud security, supporting AI initiatives that will shape the future of fintech.

Key Details :

Location : Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK)

What You Will Lead and Deliver :

Design, build, and manage cloud-native infrastructure to support large-scale AI and data platforms

Deploy and optimise containerised AI workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration frameworks

Partner with MLOps and data engineering teams to ensure AI pipelines run efficiently and securely in production

Implement cloud security best practices, ensuring compliance with financial services standards and regulations

Monitor, optimise, and scale compute, storage, and networking to meet growing AI workloads

Support automation initiatives using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) to streamline deployments

Troubleshoot, test, and optimise cloud environments for reliability, scalability, and performance

Role Overview :

This is not traditional cloud engineering. As an AI Cloud Engineer , you will be embedded within a pioneering AI Innovation Hub, enabling the platforms that bring GenAI, LLMs, and automation to life across global financial services. You will be shaping cloud infrastructure at scale, ensuring the most advanced AI capabilities are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
