Manager - Corporate Learning & Development

Key Design and develop training programs aligned with business objectives.

• Deliver training sessions using classroom sessions, e-learning, role-plays, and presentations.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and learning outcomes.
• Curate and maintain content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Collaborate with business heads to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
• Ensure smooth execution of pan-India training programs and initiatives.
• Continuously improve training methodologies to enhance learner engagement and Candidate Profile :
• Postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate L&D within Non-IT, Non-BPO sectors.
• Proven expertise in training design, delivery, and assessment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
