Hiring : Inside Sales Executive – Ayurveda Clinics

At Yuvrit Ayurveda, we’re building a new standard of Ayurvedic healthcare — authentic Kerala-style treatments, protocol-led care, and a premium patient experience.
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can connect with people over calls and WhatsApp, understand their health concerns, and convert enquiries into booked consultations and therapy sessions.
Role Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to Yuvrit.
Your role is to call, explain, follow up, and convert — while learning the basics of Ayurveda so you can communicate our approach confidently.
This position combines sales discipline, empathy, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with new leads received from digital ads, WhatsApp, website, or referrals.
- Understand client health concerns and explain relevant Ayurvedic solutions (training provided).
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed consultations or therapy bookings.
- Maintain structured daily follow-ups, call logs, and CRM updates.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries professionally and on time.
- Coordinate with clinic managers and doctors to confirm appointments.
- Track lead status and conversion metrics in Google Sheets / CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets while maintaining service quality.
✅ Who You Are
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).1–4 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / counselling / customer success.Target-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.Confident using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.Quick learner — eager to understand Ayurveda fundamentals and communicate them simply.Preferably staying in Bangalore (near HSR / Whitefield)Why Join Yuvrit
